I guess it's another must-have! It looks good, with nice details and more figs compared to the other houses. I wish it didn't have a flat roof though. I'm definitely getting it, but I don't think I'll buy more than one set.

I got my Grand Emporium set and built it yesterday.

It's a nice set with lots of attention to details and interiors, like the window cleaner, mannequins, escalators, chandelier, toys, perfume etc. I'm also fond of the female figs (3 of them in this set!).

Part wise it has a good deal of tan parts, including a 32x32 baseplate. There are also 76(!) dark green windows, dark tan and dark blue tiles, 1x3 tiles in light grey, new arch pieces, and 5 trans-white (clear) 1x1 headlight bricks plus 70 black headlight bricks etc.

It uses some interesting building techniques an overall it's nice and fun to build. The construction of the two upper levels are very similar though. Some might find building the essentialy same floor twice a little boring.

But allthough in many ways, this is a fantastic set, in my mind, the colour scheme isn't that great. The combination of dark green and tan (plus light grey, white) doesn't really work for me, especially when you look at it up close... Perhaps it will appeal more to others, but I definitely like the colour scheme of the other modular buildings much better.

Still a really great set. 9/10
