LEGO World takes place in Parken Stadium here in Denmark these days (February 12-15). All tickets for this 4-day event was already sold out in advance. But my nephew and I had tickets and went there today.
I thought this LEGO World was a little dissapointing actually, although there's some really great stuff there as well. A large portion of the floor area had dedicated building areas, mostly for kids. There was a LEGO shop where you could buy LEGO set at retail prices - barely nothing on sale though, and sadly no Pick-a-brick.
There were absolutely no sign of the upcoming Indy sets, or any summer/fall sets for that matter, which was really dissapointing to me.
A large display with the new farm sets could be seen though.
There were of course a fan area with several MOC's. Some of them really cool.
I did get some free promobricks, which obviously was nice.
Apparently there are plans to have another LEGO World in Denmark next year as well.
