The figures are great. Mola Ram's hat, in particular, is very well done.

The structures are, for the most part, the bare minimum. The figures don't fit under the mine buckets very well either. They keep getting their heads bumped, especially with three in a car.

I like the track, and wish they'd have included more... or at least make some more available... It could start a whole new train scale (narrow gauge).

I found the contruction of the mine cars interesting, but they don't run too well on the new tracks in my mind. Still I would have liked some more tracks to be included. I agree, it's annoying that the figs keep getting their heads bumped... :(

While the temple section is quite high it's definitely not wide/deep enough. In fact, the whole construction is very open overall. But I guess adding more pieces might have made the set too expensive?

The figs are definitely nice, and buying this set is the only way to get (most of) them.

Overall, I still think the large Adventurers sets are much better than the large Indy sets.

Very true. It would be very hard to match or surpass the Pharoah's Forbidden Ruins or the Dragon Fortress.

Well I have to say that while this a great set I am not as impressed with the Indiana Jones line as with the Adventurer series. My main complaint is that they make a large set like the temple of doom but, it isn't really any more than a fancy roller coaster with an alter so that they can call it an Indiana Jones set. With the adventurer sets when they made a temple set they were smart enough to include the entire temple like Pharaoh's Forbidden Ruins, Sphinx Secret Surprise, Amazon Ancient Ruins. That being said it is still a cool set and one that I have added to my collection. :)
