To celebrate 50 years of the modern LEGO brick, LEGO has released this recreation of the classic Town Plan. The set can now be found at the Shop at Home website. It includes 1981 pieces including 8 minifigs. Price is 1199 DKK or 150 USD.

A new exclusive set can now be found at the Shop at Home website. It's a 1:300 scale model of the Eiffel Tower. At 3428 pieces this is a big set. And it's also quite expensive at 1969 DKK (200 USD). But impressive it is. The tower stands 108 cm tall. The base is 50 x 50 cm.

Four new Creator sets are now available from the Shop at Home website. 4954 Model Town House (1174 pieces, 599DKK, 70USD) in particular looks great. Thre differend houses can built from it. Also released are 4955 Big Rig (550 pieces, 250DKK, 30USD), the nice 4957 Ferris Wheel (1063 pieces, 499DKK including batteries, 70USD - no batteries) and the 4958 Monster Dino (792 pieces, 699DKK, 90USD).

Finally the new 7997 Train Station for the RC train system can now be ordered from the Shop at Home website. The station looks okay. It includes 387 pieces. Price is 300 DKK or 45 USD. 5 Minifigures are included.

The second of the new modular Town buildings can now be found at the Shop at Home website. The building has been designed by Dutch AFOL Eric Brok. It includes 1248 pieces, including 3 minifigs, and can be combined with the 10182 Cafe Corner although the piececount is only about half as big. Fortunately it comes with printed building instructions. The price is 699 DKK/60 GBP/90 EUR in Europe.

A new Hogwarts Castle has been released and is now available from Shop at Home. It's the third Hogwarts that has been released. Sadly it will apparently also be the only set from the fifth book/movie: Order of the Phoenix. The set includes 943 pieces. This includes 9 figures including Professor Umbridge and also 2 thestrals. I love that we finally get the greenhouse. The set is a must have if you're a Harry Potter Fan. But it's probably great for Castle fans as well. Price is 799 DKK or 90 USD.

Some sets from the new Mars Mission theme has been released, and are now available from Shop at Home. They are somewhat similar to the earlier Life on Mars theme.
